Depending on your preferences, this may include coordinating planning strategies and/or participating in joint discussions when appropriate. With your approval, we can also securely share files and documents with your trusted advisors.
Yes! We work with clients throughout the United States and are happy to meet by phone, via Microsoft Teams, or in person to better understand your financial situation and goals.
If you haven’t set up your client portal yet, please contact us. Before logging in through the link on our website, you need to activate your portal first. We will email you an activation link via ShareFile. To activate your account, simply click the Activate Account button in that email, which will take you to a page where you can create your password and complete the setup.
The client portal is a secure platform designed to facilitate communication, collaboration, and information exchange between us and you.
Access Anytime, Anywhere: View, download, and track documents you’ve uploaded, as well as files we’ve shared with you, all in one secure location.
Simplified Uploads: No more wondering if your files made it through or searching through old emails! Your portal will show a complete history of everything uploaded.
Centralized Document Storage: Your portal is a hub for easily referencing and retrieving past documents, such as tax returns and other important files.
Once logged in, follow these steps to access and upload your documents:
Click the Folders tab on the left-hand side.
Select Shared Folders from the menu.
You will see your client folder(s).
Open the appropriate folder.
If you have one or more entities for which we prepare tax returns or provide compilation services, each entity will have its own folder.
Click on the Uploads folder.
Then, either:
Click the purple plus sign and select Upload, or
Drag and drop your files directly into the folder.
